Climate technology transfer

‘Climate Technologies’, according to the United Nation’s definition, “cover any piece of equipment, technique, practical knowledge or skills for performing a particular activity that can be used to face climate change”. The goal of Climate Technology Transfer is to aid the fast and efficient sharing of Climate Technologies with those countries that don’t have the internal resources or information required to develop and implement climate change solutions.

BlacktoGreen specializes in the transfer of technology and expertise related to energy efficiency and sustainable energy markets. We also help governments and regulatory authorities in designing clean energy and energy efficiency markets which successfully attract foreign investment; for example, by helping create an appropriate and stable regulatory framework. We have worked on assignments in Asia, Latin America and Africa.

BlacktoGreen is part of the Climate Technology Centre & Network (CTCN), the UN agency responsible for “stimulating technology cooperation and enhancing the development and transfer of technologies to developing country parties at their request”. If you’d like more information please contact us.
